Our family has been involved in Austin real estate for three generations. Working as a Realtor since 1978, Armen Stephanian founded the company in 1984, and with Frances’ help, built ARCH Properties from the ground up into the full service real estate brokerage we are today. We pride ourselves on our reputation, based on integrity, trust and clients that have been with us for decades.
Stephen Stephanian
Owner / Broker
An Austin native, Stephen graduated from the University of Texas. After an early career in public service, Stephen joined Arch Properties full-time in 2014, then taking ownership in 2021. He and his wife, Morgan, live with their two children in Northwest Austin.
Jeremy Newman
Real Estate Agent
Joining ARCH Properties in the Spring of 2022, Jeremy brings 20 years of public-sector experience in communications and technology to our real estate services. Having been born and raised in Austin and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, he has valuable local knowledge.
Bethany Harbaugh
Bookkeeper
Originally from Corpus Christi, Bethany moved to Austin in 2005 after earning her degree in Theatre in 2004 from Texas State University-San Marcos. She joined Arch Properties in 2013, and she remains active in the Austin live theatre scene.
